In-stock merchandise is generally shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation and could take up to 5-7 business days for product to arrive depending upon delivery location and method. We will only ship to US locations. FEDEX ORDER TRACKING – Please check your online order history or confirmation for tracking information. You may also visit www.fedex.com.
Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your product. Item must be in new, unused and salable condition and have packing slip. You must have prior authorization from GROHE before returning your item. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping to be paid by customer. Incorrectly shipped items must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued or freight being reimbursed. To obtain authorization please contact our customer service at (800) 227-2734 Option 2.
All sales on clearance items are final.
Losses, Damages & Missing Parts
Damaged or missing parts must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. Report your claim for lost items within 15 days from the order date in order to ensure proper credit. Please call (800) 227-2734 Option 2 to report your claims.
Bundle Discounts and Coupons
Only one bundle discount or coupon can be applied per checkout. If two or more are applied, the one with the greater savings will be applied at checkout. To use more than one bundle discount or coupon, it is recommended that you create separate orders for each.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
At the company’s discretion, GROHE will repair or replace any part or finish that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. Please note: warranties do not cover normal “wear and tear.”
Residential Products: We provide the following warranties on all GROHE products to the original purchaser, installed in a residential setting. This warranty is effective for all faucets sold after January 1, 1997.
Mechanical Warranty: A Limited Lifetime Warranty is provided on all mechanical parts to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the original purchaser owns their home. Proof of Purchase (copy of your original receipt, purchase order or invoice), the date the product was purchased and installation date is required.
Highlight Electronic Faucets, Valves and Controls Warranty: GROHE warrants its electronic faucets, valves and controls to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Finish Warranty: A Lifetime Warranty is provided on all GROHE product finishes to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
